TRANSFORM YOUR HABITS! ⠀ Our habits are what mold and shape us! ⠀ They are responsible for pretty much every detail of your life and the way that it currently is! ⠀ I was raised in the country and I looked up to the hard working men in my life! ⠀ I wanted to be just like them and do everything they did! ⠀ They were strong, they didn't take any shit from anyone, they did whatever they needed to do to provide for and protect the people they loved and cared about! ⠀ I am grateful that I had those men as examples to look up to- and I want to be the same example for the next generation! ⠀ However, I believe that we all have an obligation to do better than the generations before us! ⠀ I was lucky to grow up around role models who instilled those good habits in me, but they also had some bad habits that I picked up as well. ⠀ For instance, I didn't know hardly any grown men that exercised or ate healthy. ⠀ Not one that I can think of read books on a regular basis, or at least if they did they weren't vocal or public about it! ⠀ And almost all of them used tobacco products, drank a lot of alcohol, and ate like total garbage! ⠀ Since I used those men as role models for how to live my life those are the exact same habits I developed as an adult! ⠀ I have conquered the food and the alcohol part! ⠀ I have made exercise a consistent part of my everyday life, and I read every single day! ⠀ I am not perfect and I still fight the battle with tobacco everyday but I won't stop transforming my habits until the day I die! ⠀ The last generation set a great example, but natural law requires our generation to step it up and transform our habits even further! ⠀ Blue Collar Transformations is about breaking the stigma that blue collar men don't take care of themselves!
